forested wilderness, with most of the rich
diversity of native species present in the
area before human activities became dominant.

Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust- Established
in 1994, HWDT is a registered charity that
has pioneered practical, locally based conservation
through education and the study of whales, dolphins and porpoises in the Hebrides.
